Starting out from the principle that containers are a genuine and effective alternative to current housing, several containers will be adapted as housing and will be inhabited during the Meeting. The subject of nomadic or itinerant housing will also be considered and refurbishment work will be carried out on Ziriza.

People and groups interested in the self-construction of buildings.
Who are we?
Arquitecturas Colectivas is a network of people and groups interested in the participative construction of the urban environment. It is meeting in Pasaia from 19 to 25 July 2010 to exchange approaches and share reflections and knowledge with members of the public interested in the proposed areas and activities.
The Meeting is also an opportunity to experiment with prototypes for housing and facilities in public spaces as well as recycling spaces that have fallen into disuse, such as Ziriza, in this case the main venue for the meeting.
